Yes. You can change the date or time of your reservation on line until 12:00 am midnight prior travel. Modifying reservations can be done online by clicking edit my trip or by emailing us. If you need to modify a reservation within 12 hours of departure time , then please call our office no later than 3 hours prior travel at 1–877-826‑3874. If you are unable to reach a representative by phone, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your seat(s) in your newly selected schedule cost more than your current seat, you will need to pay the difference before completing the rescheduling process.
Note: when editing, canceling or rescheduling please modify all schedules and all legs of your trip.
You can request an upgrade to the elite Bus online or by contacting us via phone. The difference in price will be charge by credit card. Prior to the day of travel, if you change from Tripper Elite to a Standard Tripper Bus, you will be issued a company credit for the difference.
Note: Changing a ticket from a higher priced bus to a lower priced bus on the day of travel will not result in a credit for the price difference
In the event you are unable to make your schedule on time we do offer the opportunity for you to stand-by for additional day-of schedules depending on availability. Please note these schedules will be subject to any rate increase that differs from your paid schedule and any difference in price will be collected prior to departure.
We do not offer refunds for travel. Should you need to cancel or change your reservation you can submit your request via the steps listed above.
You can place your ticket on hold with us and make a new reservation at any time when you know the exact date you want to ride with us.
The online booking system allows the flexibility to change a ticket to a different schedule, cancel a reservation and or track your trip history. In order to confirm seating it is recommended tickets be purchased in advance online.
Tickets are non-refundable and only good for travel on the schedule and date that you have purchased.
